Gemini for Google Workspace: Now included in all licenses!

TL;DR: The AI solution Gemini for Google Workspace is now included in all Google Workspace licenses! 🎉 Business and Enterprise licenses have had access since January.

Google announced on January 15, 2025 that the AI solution Gemini for Google Workspace is now included in all Google Workspace licenses.  Google aims to make AI accessible to all businesses.  Both Business and Enterprise licenses have had access to Gemini since January.    

🚀 Get started with Gemini

To get started with Gemini, you as an administrator need to activate the service.  Activate the Gemini app in the Admin panel.  To get even more out of Gemini, also activate "Workspace extensions" [link].  We also recommend that you activate Gemini's "alpha" features [link].    

🌍 Language settings in Gemini

Currently, all users need to set their accounts to English to get full access to all Gemini features.  But from February 19th, Gemini is being launched in Swedish and is currently being rolled out.  Soon, everyone will be able to have their Google accounts set to the language they want and still have full access to all Gemini features.  📌 [Link to information about language update]
